About the Project

Concept Of the Website

I structured the HubSpot build around conversion flow and content manageability. Core pages were simplified, form placement was made more intentional, and the layout was shaped to move visitors naturally toward meaningful actions. HubSpot CMS gave the team a cleaner editing workflow, while the CRM side supported better lead handling once inquiries were submitted. This made the project useful not only as a marketing site, but as an operational improvement too.

The key challenge was alignment. The website experience and the lead management process needed to support each other instead of living separately. Messaging had to be clearer, forms had to feel less heavy, and the overall user path needed to guide people toward actions that fit the CRM journey.
